Portpatrick Holiday Homes are managed by the Proprietors of the Downshire Hotel, Portpatrick and offer Self-Catering Accommodation with Optional Hotel Services including ‘set priced’ Hotel Dinning (Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner) and a Home Menu delivery service.

Our Holiday Homes are located in the village itself, within walking distance of the Seafront, Beach and Harbour as well as Play Area and Putting Green for the kids.

Our Properties are available for ‘Weekly’ or ‘Short Term’ stays and can cater for Golfing Parties as well as Larger Groups up to 22 staying Guests.

‘Short Term’ B&B Rates per staying guest are available.

All our Guests are met on arrival and we offer a 24 hour Guest Services during your Stay.

Portpatrick Holiday Homes are all newly built or recently refurbished offering
3 Bed and 2 Bed Properties, all with open plan Lounge/Dinner and a separate fully fitted Kitchen. The majority of our properties offer en-suite bedrooms.

Linen & Towels are provided - additional or replacements are available on request. Our Hotel’s housekeeping also offers optional Cleaning Services at a per diem cost. Children’s Cots & High Chairs are available on request.

Free Wireless Internet Access, Satellite TV and Entertainment Library are available in all our Holiday Homes
